The Custom Plus process takes care all the details of the building process so you can relax and enjoy creating a new home.

• ARCHITECTURE: All of the architectural plans are custom designed for Classic Homes, paying careful attention to ensure that our designs blend seamlessly into the environment and the community. For us, both the interior and exterior of the homes are of equal importance, and we pride ourselves in our commitment to detail. All of our homes include landscaping, terraces, covered porches, and other exterior features that make the setting of the home as special as its architecture.
• DESIGN: Hours are spent in the design of each Classic Homes plan. We take great pride in the design alternatives we offer to the buyer in both floor plans and interior finishes and details.
• CRAFTSMANSHIP: Classic Homes is not an impersonal tract or production homebuilder. Our goal is to offer you a personalized home-building experience from selection of your custom home design through and beyond the construction of your home. To do this, we focus on quality from the ground up. This includes the selection of the trades we know and trust who will construct your home with care and with a mind to timelines and first-rate materials. At Classic Homes, there are no shortcuts to quality.
• PERSONALIZATION: While each of our homes is custom designed for us, we know that every buyer has their own needs and preferences. It is for this reason that we created “The Choice is Yours” interior design portion as part of our Custom Plus program. Here, you are invited to select finishes that allow you to personalize the interior décor of your home.
• CUSTOMER FOCUS: At Classic Homes we build trust much like we build homes – from the ground up. Supported by years of homebuilding experience and a total commitment to quality, it is our relationships with our customers that sets us apart. We invite you to tour the construction site of your new home with your builder. We will conduct a thorough new home orientation when your home is complete.
